We draft a full trip outline: flights, lodging, clinic-day timing, companion schedules, and recovery-window planning. You review and refine before anything is booked.
We connect you with independent, vetted Medellín surgeons and clinics aligned with your interests. Clinical consultations, quotes, and medical decisions happen directly between you and the provider — Viralux facilitates scheduling and communication, not care.
Once clinical dates are set, we finalize flights, hotels or recovery suites, airport and clinic transfers, and on-ground support contacts. Your group receives a shared itinerary packet.
In Medellín, your coordinator handles day-of logistics, companion movements, and non-medical problem-solving. Clinic staff handle clinical questions; we handle everything around them.
We support comfort planning during your recovery window, arrange departure logistics, and offer a post-trip check-in. Ongoing medical follow-up remains with your surgeon.

Your clinical relationship is exclusively with the licensed provider you choose. Our job is seamless travel and recovery logistics for groups of three or more.
